2019年难度较大。全国1卷难度较大。按教育部考试命题中心的消息来说,全国二卷主要面向西部等少数民族地区,教育不发达地区。一卷主要面向高等教育不发达的东部和中部地区。一卷难度一般在6.25,二卷一般在5.25。
通过比较可以发现,使用1卷的整体教育水平是要比2卷高一个档次的,当然,里面也有例外。比如辽宁教育就还不错,安徽在1卷试用地区水平较低。但是,试卷的使用地区是与整体教育水平呈线性关系的。
因为高考讲究的是一个公平性,水平低的地方去和水平高的地方比,总是要吃亏。就像很多网上的不明事实的,总是以自己考的不好找借口,说是自己生错了地方。其实,要是在发达地方,成绩更差都有可能,人家从小基础都不一样。

1、教育部统一命题的高考全国一卷和全国二卷都是依据同一份考试大纲命制的,两份试卷的试题结构基本相同,区别不大。
全国一卷与全国二卷主要区别在难度上面,两份试卷在难度系数方面存在一些差异。考生分别在使用全国一卷和全国二卷的省份之间学习和考试不会有什么区别和影响。
2、从全国卷使用地区看,使用卷一的地区高考竞争压力较大,使用卷二的地区高考竞争压力较小,全国卷一主要适用我国东部和中部教育较发达省份,全国卷二主要适用西部教育较落后的部分省份;
